Adding new debtors to KRD
Transfer to the KRD database of the information about your debtor's unpaid receivables, both short and long outstanding debts (even those given the status of an ineffective enforcement) which effectively motivates towards the commitment of repayment.
According to the research 58% of debtors repay their debts after receiving the payment request including the warnings regarding the possible designation of their debt into the KRD database. 27% of debtors repay their debts after they are registered into the KRD base, and upon receiving a notice that they have been entered in the Registry. Only 15% of debtors remain in the Registry and they will stay in the data base for another 10 years, until they settle their commitments. Most entrepreneurs treat the entry of their debtors into the KRD registry as their elementary obligation, thus eliminating unreliable partners from the market. Cooperation with KRD introduces new, clear rules into the economic relations.
Adding the information about reliable payers
Both the consumers and entrepreneurs can demand from other entrepreneurs (defined in paragraph 7.1) a disclosure to the KRD database the commercial information about their fulfillment of obligations concerning the consumer loan agreements or other business related information. Positive information disclosed in the KRD stands for a reliable source of reference for the next 10 years.
Monitoring of entrepreneurs
Current supervision of the entrepreneur's condition is a permanent element of the risk management in a modern company. Automatic process of a constant monitoring of information about current or potential contractors protects financial liquidity and eliminates unreliable commercial entities from the economic environment. Using the monitoring service enables clients to control the economic situation in specific fields of business activity by observing potential competitors. The moment a debtor is entered in Registry, the system immediately informs the User about it, for example by email. Supervising the economic situation of the clients and contractors increases the prestige and builds an image of a well-managed company.
Verification of contractors
Thanks to the nationwide platform of information exchange, such as Krajowy Rejestr Długów, it is possible to minimize the risk of commercial transactions . The KRD system can provide clients with reports about the financial situation of business entities or consumers. Data provided by KRD can contain positive as well as negative information. Search results definitely facilitate making the right business decision.
Checking the clients using mobile - WAP
Access to the fast and reliable information gives clients of KRD a competitive advantage. This is why we designed a special system for verification of contractors by a mobile phone with WAP. Now, without using a computer our Clients can have access to KRD database. When connecting with our system via our WAP function, you just type in any mobile phone the address: https://wap.krd.pl. After pressing "OK." a log screen appears - in which you type in the current password and login (user's name), and then the NIP number (Tax ID) of the entrepreneur. In reply, the client receives information about the given entrepreneur displayed in the KRD Registry, the whole amount of his debt, and the numbers of the creditors. The WAP connection will be recorded in the system, and for the next seven days, after direct logging in the KRD home page, the client can obtain more detailed data (names of the creditors, information about the documents, which resulted in adding the debtor to the KRD registry, etc.) according to the chosen subscription.
Clients obtaining information about themselves
Krajowy Rejestr Długów guarantees every entrepreneur and consumer access to the information about themselves stored in the base. A report from the Inquiry Register contains: date of disclosure of commercial information, designation of entity receiving the information and the disclosed data. KRD Clients have permanent and free of charge access to the Inquiry Registry. Other entrepreneurs once every 6 months can check the information about themselves in the registry at the headquarters of KRD or by post, free of charge. The only cost that they incur is the cost of the printout and mailing. Additional inquiries are charged according to the KRD price list. Access to the KRD Inquiry Registry is a perfect source of establishing the list of potential clients interested in future cooperation. Knowing those who inquiring about us can be a very practical argument which may initiate the commercial negotiations.
